All prices offer substantially discounted prices at the outset and therefore offer tremendous value for money for early investors. Following the enormous interest shown for this unique investment proposition, we are currently registering pre-launch investor interest prior to March 2008.

On official launch of this project in March 2008, investors will be given 48 hours to make a final decision with regards to reserving either a property or lodge suite. Once the investor has executed their right to reserve a specific property or lodge suite, a Sales Agreement will then be sent out to them within 24 hours. The investor will then have 5 working days to pay a 10% non-refundable reservation fee. On exercising the right to purchase, the reservation fee will be taken off the original purchase price. There will then follow a series of stage payments and this information is available on request.

What Title Deeds are on offer?
